SURVEILLANCE ONE, INC. TEXT MESSAGING TERMS OF USE

By opting in to or using a text messaging service (the “Text Message Service”) from Surveillance One, Inc. (“Surveillance One,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to these Text Messaging Terms of Use (“SMS Terms”).

DEFINITIONS

“Opt In,” “Opting In,” or “Opt-In” means requesting, enrolling, acknowledging, consenting to, responding to, or otherwise agreeing to receive one or more SMS text messages.

“Text Message Service” means any arrangement in which Surveillance One sends SMS or MMS messages to a mobile phone number, including messages sent using company-issued VoIP phone numbers (including Microsoft Teams VoIP).

CAMPAIGN DETAILS (USE CASE)

The Surveillance One Text Message Service is used exclusively for business-related, person-to-person communications, including:

• Internal employee communications using company-issued VoIP numbers

• Hiring and recruiting communications with candidates who have explicitly opted in

• Client communications related to service updates, scheduling, coordination, and operational support

This service is not used for marketing, advertising, or solicitation purposes.

CONSENTING TO TEXT MESSAGING

By providing your mobile phone number and choosing to use SMS communication with Surveillance One, you are explicitly opting in to receive SMS text messages from Surveillance One.

Messages may include business-related communications such as internal coordination, hiring and recruiting updates, service notifications, scheduling information, and general operational updates. Message frequency will vary based on the nature of the communication.

Message and data rates may apply.

Your mobile number and SMS consent data will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties and will be used solely for the purposes described above, except as required to deliver the messaging service or comply with applicable laws.

You may reply HELP at any time for assistance. You may reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS messages. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Surveillance One unless you explicitly opt in again.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of employment or services.

• Mobile carriers

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with third parties.

We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect our legal rights.

This SMS-specific privacy notice applies only to the Text Message Service and does not replace our general Privacy Policy.

Surveillance One does not charge for SMS messages.

Your mobile carrier may apply message or data charges according to your plan. These charges are billed by your carrier, not Surveillance One.

Message frequency varies depending on:

• Your interactions with Surveillance One

• Whether you initiate or respond to messages

• Requests for assistance (for example, replying HELP)

OPTING OUT

STOP, QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages unless you explicitly opt in again.
